My husband and I cannot thank you and your team enough for everything you did at our wedding this May. Your team was put to the test when the skies opened (for 3 hours straight) and water pooled under the tents of our outdoor venue. Everyone gave 110% and the wedding went off without a hitch. Knowing you had our backs was the biggest relief a bride could ask for on her wedding day. The food was exquisite, the decorations were beautiful, and the service was unmatched. Thank you for making my wedding day a beautiful memory. Any bride would be lucky to have you as her caterer.

Like the twinkling of the stars, your attention to details made the venue of our daughter’s wedding August 6th sparkle~truly impressive! The delicious food and delightful presentation were enjoyed by all our guests~rave reviews!!! A special thank you for your words of wisdom the morning of our daughter’s wedding: “Do not watch TV or weather channel, concentrate on your daughter, that is why you have me.” Those words were “a gift of sanity” wrapped in a bow!:) We truly held on to those words and savored our daughter’s fairytale wedding. The greater Roanoke area is blessed to have the “BEST CATERER” north of Miami! Without hesitation, we highly recommend Schaal’s catering & events and your dedicated staff!!!
