Bart Starr – What an Honor

A true legend and a moving speaker, Bart Starr was in Roanoke last night at the Taubman Art Museum for an event hosted by Greystone Financial Group, MetLife. By The Way, JOB WELL DONE GUYS!!! I have never seen so many inspired and happy folks at an event that we have ever catered. A MEGA class act!!! Wonderful give-aways. Grown men were giggling and in awe (how could you be not?) standing and socializing around one of the football greats!  GO PACK GO!!!!

Friday Night Rehearsal Dinner at the O Winston Link Museum

How much fun was that!!!!!

Can it be done? Yes it can and it was!!

I wish I could take credit for the whole thing, but unfortunately I can’t! Kudos out to our staff for a job very well done!!!! Folks, this was no easy task, but believe it or not we transformed the lobby from an empty space to this!! All in one hour, yes I said ONE HOUR, along with a complete kitchen to boot!! A big THANK YOU to Joe and Elizabeth, proud parents and hosts of this event for believing in us. We wish them, the bride and groom an eternity of happiness!

Florist Extraordinaire, Mentor and Friend

Really???? What can I say?

Not only one of my very best friends but hey, every guy needs a little female influence in their lives! If you haven’t seen her work, when you do, you WILL be in for a real treat. Angela is one of those rare artists, always working COMPLETLY out of the BOX! Taking it to the next level is an understatement, from a wow, to a WOW, WOW, WOW…. Always so visually appealing but more importantly what she does, JUST makes sense. 100% satisfaction is guaranteed!! Don’t take my word, visit her at http://www.corsairevents.com You will be glad that you did and by the way, she really is not a flower snob!

Tim Martin – Guitar Guru – Keeping it local

Looking for the all can do music guy?  This guy ROCKS and believe it or not, he is right in your back yard!!! I can’t say enough about Tim.   Tim played at our client’s wedding this past weekend and I can honestly say HE really made the event!! With some classical guitar work as the bride walked down the aisle, he kept the young and old well entertained throughout the night.

Rockwood Manor

Photography by Jim schaal

A beautiful outdoor venue not so far from home, just a short 45 minute drive from Roanoke in Dublin. This is where you will find true Southern hospitality: a manor built 130 years ago that has as much charm today as I am sure it did back then. Imagine being able to go back in time when life seemed a little easier, if only for a day, your biggest day! This day will be a day you will remember for the rest of your life!  Spectacular grounds, beautiful home, gorgeous views… this venue is a brides dream.
